I eat what I like, which happens to include 'healthy' food. WIN! Money also comes into it though.

Usually a combination of the two. I eat multiple bowls of porridge a day because I crave it. The rest of the time it's just vegetables and fruits, because they're healthier.

    I'm so mal-nutritioned. :yep:

I try to keep to the cheapest, most filling, least sat fat-filled/sugary food possible, though sometimes I'm bad and let "cheapest" and "most filling" override "least sat fat-filled" (gotta love those 75p Jamaican patties).

    I eat what I like. I don't diet/plan food, I just eat whatever's in the cupboard/whatever my mum cooks :p:

a combination of cheapness (sometimes) healthiness (sometimes) tastiness (all the time.)

I know I don't like sunflower seeds or whole nuts so I don't eat them.
I know i like peanut butter, tofu, noodles, basmati rice, tomatos, onions, chickpeas, beans, carrots, parsnips, sweet potato, broccoli, mushrooms, peppers, chillis, jalepenos so i eat them.
I eat pastries, dark chocolate, thick italian hot chocolate, lots of sweet, carrot cupcakes, cheesecake because I like them.

i much prefer healthy foods- fresh fruit and veg, home made meals. so i do eat a good, balanced diet with the intention of keeping healthy, but also because i really enjoy it and find it easy to cook that way!

I eat what I feel like at the time.

I have a roast every Sunday but I don't plan ahead for my meals.

My mum usually makes them anyway. :P
