Okay so from looking at info on the internet, genital warts are caused by strains of HPV.

A doctor said I might have a genital wart (a different doctor said it was a tear/scar tissue). I have my vaccine booked for friday.

Can I have the vaccine? Will it still work (supposing i did have a wart)?

Tell your doctor on Friday about your concerns, they will then be able to assess whether you should have the vaccine done or not.
