    Hey! (im a girl & im 20)

I have a "friend" which with i'm pretty close and she was going to do her birthday at a restaurant last week. What happened was that she called me a day before the bday and she started complaining to me about how all her guests weren't replying and some of them were complaining that the restaurtant she chose is too pricey, etc. then she had to close because she got another phone call ( she was probably lying about that too) and she said she'll call me back in a few mins! SHE NEVER DID! I sent her text messages and she didn't reply. And now like a week after she sends me a message on Facebook saying :

"ok so 1st of all u look amazing in ur dp!! 2nd of all i h ate u cz i told u id cl bk in 1 mmin and whn i dd u closed in my face thn turned off ur phonee!! i wntd to tell u wt was gna happen bt guess u wrntd interesteddd loll..nyways hw r u"

I know this is so childish but isn't it obvious shes lying. I never got a call and if i wasn't interested would i text her and ask her to let me kno what happened?! I just want some advice as to what i should tell her. I'm so sick and tired of being disappointed its really depressing I had a feeling she's jealous of me or something from before maybe that could be the reason for all of this. Please help me with my reply! thanks

Your reply should be along the lines of; "Please consult a dictionary before posting on my wall again, you inbred".

she didnt seem to cross, at the end she asked how you were.

Explain that you waited for a call, perhaps the phones messed up or something but you didnt get it?

I'd let her get on with it then. Explain what happened to her from your point of view, and if she doesnt believe you, meh. Life's to short to worry about her.

The fact that she was trying (if not succeeding) to be friendly makes me think she does still want to talk to you. She probably feels uncomfortable admitting she was wrong. Yea, she was totally immature, but I think you should give her a second chance.

Perhaps explain to her that you had your hands full tracking down the scoundrel responsible for systematically removing all of the vowels from her keyboard.

As it's her birthday you should buy her a dictionary. That will smooth things over.
