Yeah, There great fun.

- I spent last month on on our boat, and depending on how it all goes, after a year in halls i might just move the boat to loughborough and live on the canal fo a bit!

No but I'd love to go on one...my uncle lives next to a canal and we go walking alongside it to watch the narrowboats. Google "Hoeseasons Narrowboat Holidays" if you're thinking of going on one

Yeah, there are lots of hire companys.
- Big ones like CanalTime, Alvechurch, Vikings Afloat, etc
- But also small local companys who are often very friendly and helpfull.

I have, and it was possibly one of the worst holidays ive had. it rained continually for a week, during which time we had to operate the locks in the pouring rain and steer the boat where u couldnt see where you were going. im sure if the weather was nicer i would have enjoyed it, but theres only so many card games you can play in a week...
