Dentistry - Interview questions?

I have an interview at UWCM (University of Wales College of Medicine) in about 2 weeks, I just wanted to know what kind of questions do they often ask? This is my first interview, so I would really appreciate it if you could provide me with some tips and info about what kind of questions interviewers ask! What do we have to know? Do we have to know everything in the news? Cuz I don't live in the UK so I don't what's going on in that area!!!

oh yeah... what kind of questions do they ask about the work experience???????????? what do I have to know?

You should be prepared to answer anything that has been put on your UCAS form's personal statement. Then the obvious questions, such as why dentistry (not medicine), why this university and what qualities would you bring to the uni/course. You may be asked something about the news, but most interviews goes pretty quickly and you wont be asked everything. They just want to be able to put a name to the face and find out what you are like and that you have realistic expectations of dentistry(which is where you could be questioned on your work experience). They will expect you to have spoken with the professionals who have supervised your work experience so that you know of the qualities required in a good dentist. Also be able to talk about common tasks and maybe something which interested you during your time there. Like I said the interview will go quite quickly and so you may not be asked all of this.
