The best bit is probably the bonus - About 12% of your annual wages back again in March!

I work at Waitrose. After all the Partnership brainwashing it isn't too bad. The bonus is great but the under 18 is a bit pants

    Cool, which branch Franz_Ferdinand?

I know. The brainwashing is awful, but it is an okay place to work I guess. At least most of the partners are respectful.

Well let's just say it's a Scottish Branch.

The partnership ethic and stuff is really patrionising. I rebel against it at every opportunity. They go on about their democracy - it's not democracy when you have to fill in the forms and vote! That's forced democracy, therefore making the whole thing flawed. Oh I hate it!

Just don't get me started! lol.

Thank goodness i'm only part-time. Otherwise the John Lewis drones would get me!

    lol, don't remind me.
Plus you have to do training discs after 1 month and 3 months work there.
So is the annual bonus around 12%?

Brainwashing is reallyt bad. It's a poor place to work. Wooo for leaving for UNI!

Im a 'partner', haven't noticed any brainwashing. Can't wait to leave, but i expect i'll notice the lack of benefits ie subsidised food, comfy tv room etc when im working in some **** bar at uni. Probably have more fun though...

I'm a partner - work in Waitrose. Have only been there 4 months though. I don't really like it, trying to move to John Lewis. The benefits are good, the bonus obviously but other stuff too like ticket subsidy for concerts and there's an education subsidy if you want it for courses or whatever.
