Basically I am re-applying this time around after finishing my A-Levels last year but re-sitting a few exams of one and taking up another. I got one offer as unconditional based on what I already had and then another which is conditional but what I have to get, I already have in grades.
Is there any reason for this? Should I get in touch with them or is it not really important?

Check your offer again carefully. If you come to the same conclusion that your offer matches what you already have, then notify the university and/or ucas.

It could be conditional because the university may need to see your A level certificates to prove you have the grades you say you have.
If the offer is on Track, click on the course code next to the institution to view the conditions (if you haven't already). It would state there what you have to do.
