There have been a few Harvard Referencing posts but nothing along these lines. I would like to reference some posts from a forum but don't know whether to reference individual's posts as part of the website or recognise it as their own work.

    Any help?

I wouldn't recommend citing forum posts in the first place - not exactly seen as a reliable source of information in the eyes of your lecturers.
