I know I don't post here much but Nottingham finally got back to me and given me a deferred offer . So now I'm not sure whether to take a year out and go to Nottingham after a gap year or go straight to RVC. I hate making decisions
Hey..1st of all congratulations on getting ur 2 offers!! I think u posted this on fb..

Its a bit of a tricky one... the rational thing to do... would be 2 accept RVC because ultimately the priority is for u to become a vet.. and taking a year out is delaying the process... having said that.. I totally empathize with you in that.. 5 years is a long time and having to turn down ur first choice for the sake of missing a gap year doesn't seem entirely right either! I suppose just go with ur gut instinct.. i think you win either way.. (and i'm secretly hoping u chose Notts..(coz its the best).. not that i'm biased) xx

I broke my hermit rule and went out for my friend's birthday last night. To be honest, if I hadn't gone, she would have killed me. It was very good, but now I'm hanging so badly. Not good for revision. I'm going to eat lots of toast and drink lots of water, then crack on with some maths past papers.
eurgh same, i feel awful, plus i managed to get locked out of my house when i got back home :p: so now i've got a cold too

I still have a hangover! This is not good, I'm trying to work but my head hurts. I think I'll have to give it a few more hours, then do some intensive revision tonight and tomorrow to make up for it. Urgh.

i rang the deoorbell repeatedly and got ignored  tried ringing the house phone up...had no credit left so it wouldnt let me
i thought i was gonna be out for the night, so i just sat down on the porch and my cat was still out so he just came and chilled with me haha
then i remembered i had free weekend texts so i texted the house phone which i thought was pretty clever considering i was drunk, which woke my dad up

When did you ask for it? And what stage were you rejected at?

It seems really hit and miss with Bristol's feedback. I got mine about 2 hours after requesting it, when I was on hold, and some people haven't heard anything since December. I assume you emailed Lynda Moore directly?

liverpool's feedback is just a list of all the stations and how you were ranked at each. so all in all, not the most helpful feedback possible, but still definitely good to know, and tbf anything is welcome to help improve .

i got feedback from bristol. it was INCREDIBLY helpful, and really detailed. i wrote a letter instead of an email. not sure if that made a difference in terms of getting a response but i'd give it a go . (i was rejected before interview).

My Cambridge feedback was super helpful for my Bristol interview, it really made me more relaxed and chatty, which I think helped. As far as I can make out, Cambridge and Bristol give the best feedback, so you should persevere and try and get it ^^!

I literally can't do any more Biology. We got given a massive pack of questions of succession and population growth, and I swear to god there is only so many times you can answer a question on that! So many of them were 8 or 9 marks and a whole page of blank lines as well The entire booklet was like 30 something pages. Going to have to finish that tomorrow, I can't summon the motivation right now!

Was the Liverpool feedback what you expected, i.e. did you think you did well at the ones you actually did? That is very badly written, but I hope that makes sense.

Ahhh just packing to move out into the outback for three weeks tomorrow, very excited!!! Going to be living with a family who live on a sheep station and have loads of horses including some race horses i think! So should be lots of work for me to do, they also have some sheep dog pups they're training up Have got so much to pack, not fun! Its really warm in the day but freezing at night so need warm and cool clothes :/ They say that they socialise in the town loads too, going for rides and then camping overnight in swags, which are barely tents, so that should be fun camping under the stars! They also have picnic races twice a month where you have to dress up in pretty dresses and hats, never been to a race before, so excited about that to!
Oh dear lots of rambling on about myself, just very looking forward to it and wanted to share my excitement haha!
