    Hey TSR!

I have blocked hair follicles/pores ect on my outer thighs and I'm wondering if anyone has any personal solutions, or general things which may work to rid myself of them. They are verrrry unattractive.

    Thanks all!

I have these too. Firstly exfoiliation is key. I use sanctuary scrub - personal preferance. I like that its salt, also sometimes use a warming scrub.Theres a product called Tendskin which is avaliable on Amazon. I use both of these and they've really improved my legs (in paticular). Not a fan of that bumpyness!!!

As above, exfoliation is key. If it's a big problem for you, try a product with salicylic acid. It's a chemical exfoliant, so it clears out the pores so that the follicles don't get clogged up (which is why it's also a popular treatment for acne, but you can use it anywhere). I highly recommend the BHA lotion by Paula's Choice, which has 2% salicylic acid.

    Exfoliate and MOISTURISE!!!!

Basically you'v got to exfoliate to keep the hair follicles clear, but then moisturising is KEY to ensure that the skin is always soft enough for hairs to come through easily and not get 'stuck' just under the surface.

But yeah it's definitely a 2 step process.
