    Well w2hatever some times I stick on some trance, or some hard rock lol

    Anything with a good beat that you can sing along in your head too..dont listen o new music cos you end up listening more to the music than studying lol

    Go and speak to your on site counsellor and a GP. I'm no expert but it sounds like you could be dealing with depression of some kind.

    If you're just being lazy then that's your choice but know that it will catch up with you in a bad way in the future if you don't put the work in now. Think yourself lucky you have such an opportunity and make the most of it.

    err, just listen to music which gets you into the working mood.
    Keep the laptop off (you DON'T need this for the mathsy stuff you say you have to do).
    Reward yourself after you've finished something big with something (choc muffins are a good way to go)
