... Are you pregnant by any chance?
That's a cure for morning sickness!

And as for me, I make my own museli and granola and either have it with rice milk or natural yoghurt

If I can be arsed to make breakfast, I have 4 scrambled eggs on toast with a bowl of porridge. Most days just skip it though.

    ALWAYS...

    protein shake then..

oatmeal (quaker oats, water, 3 sweetener tablets, 2 tablespoons elmlea) then the 'topping' varies, so might be jam/golden syrup/nutella
Why bother using sweetener when you are going to ruin it with the sugary topping anyway?

I eat plain porridge because I brought several huge boxes at the beginning of the year predicting that I would be skint by about now.

    And tea

i'm not 'ruining it' with sugary topping

and I don't use much jam anyway, so most of it is plain and needs sweetening up

Crunchy nut bites. I don't care that it is a horrifically expensive cereal. So good :sogood:

It seemed like you were trying feel good about yourself by putting in "healthy" sweetener instead of sugar.

it's nothing to do with health

it's just there is sugar-free version of sugar as it were

    there is no 'sugar-free jam'

well my jam is sweetened with grape juice lol but ye it's just 'reducing harm' in terms of bodyfat
