    Edinburgh - Waiting
    Glasgow - Unconditional <---- technically a conditional but my only condition is that I need to prove I have a degree (this is my 2nd undergrad) so that just involves me sending them my degree certificate! Hardly a condition in my books!

    English Studies;

    Napier - Unconditional
    Stirling - Unconditional (2nd year entry)

    English and Film studies;

    Napier - Unconditional

    I'm very nervous about Edinburgh!

    Edinburgh - Conditional - Modern Lang and also German & Linguistics
    Heriot-Watt - Conditional - German & ab initio Spanish
    Durham - still waiting.. but I doubt I'm going there anyway, can't really afford the fees.

    Good luck you guys, I hope you all get to where you want to be

    No it's causing me lots of sleepless nights!

    I went to QMU before (Queen Margaret University) and I have to say it has put me off the smaller universities so I think Napier is out for me. I'm being drawn to Stirling but if I got in to Edinburgh I think I'd have to pick that because it's such an amazing uni and the courses look amazing.

    Where are you going?

    Sorry, but it would be of great help if you could tell me your grades for Higher and perhaps standard grade?

    It would actually help me alot in choosing which uni to choose.

    Thanks.

    Can anyone tell me if Heriot Watt is a good university?

    What should I choose someone!!

    I have either Finance and Business Law at Heriot Watt vs. Dual Qualifying Law and English Law at Dundee

    Which should I choose?

    I eventually want a career in Law but I don't mind doing a one year conversion course after the HW course.

    Is HW good for Business and that?

    Any help is appreciated, thanks.

    Personally I loved Dundee, which i would say has a better rep that HW however its completely dependent on course

    OK I know you probably don't care lol but if you could just give me a hint as to which to choose

    Dundee:

    - I think their low entry requirements put me off, because I only need ABBBB at Higher, whereas HW wants AAAB for Finance and Business Law.

    - It is away from home so would cost more and I wouldn't be able to get a car.

    - There isn't as much to do as there is in Edinburgh.

    Heriot Watt:

    - I'd be 20 mins from the campus so I can live at home and save 5k a year, so I could get a good car.

    - There is high entry requirements so I get the impression that this is saying something about the quality of the course.

    - I'm not too sure about it's reputation, and specifically for the Finance/Business area.

    - I know people at HW so it would make fitting in easier.

    - I would also be in Edinburgh, so I could still see all my school friends etc.

    - I would be able to work in Finance, or Law (upon completing a one year full time conversion course after my degree).

    What do you think I should choose, I have no idea and its killing me
