"It was offside, but it wasn't offside because the flag didn't go up."

    :facepalm2:

Why can't Hull just get relegated ffs
"Yes, he'll get judged on the way the ball came off him and George Boateng will get judged on the fact he got a red card.

"But these players can hold their heads up high because of the determination and the pride in the performance they put in."

Boateng can hold his head up high over poking bendtner in the eye and a stupid challenge on sagna
I'd be livid with him for getting such a stupid red if I was scummy enough to support hull..

Bendtner's positioning is really excellent, you can see that from the number of clear cut opportunities he finds. Still don't rate his finishing but hopefully that will come and as it is we definitely look a better side with him in it..

Or better still whisper sweet nothings into his ear so that he no longer has the desire to play football but write love stories and poems.

Arshavin pissed me off no end today, sloppy touches, **** finishing, and jogging over to corners. His spontaneity is something that makes him so good but at the same time it pisses me off. He's a world class player not playing like one, it's such a fine line

Lets just win every bloody game, I was disappointed with the lack of urgency in the 2nd half today, felt we should have given more

Thats the thing with life's eccentrics. Masters of surprise, but also have the potential to come up short when you dont expect it, like keepers with an odd style, such as Barthez.

This is probably the reason why none of the big clubs picked him up until later on in his career when he recognised he needs to have a few decent games to guaranteee himself a bumper pay day. Now that he has got he just turns up for the bigger games, giving the impression of someone putting themselves in the shop window.

an enigma. It's very frustrating being one. I am one. I put in loads of effort into an assignment on one particular assignment, in my own specialist subject, end up only getting 55% (this at MA level). Do a Fostering and Adopting 2500 written assignment, an area I know little about, read up on it widely for 2 weeks, end up getting a distinction mark of 72%. It's ****ing ridiculous.

Back to the game yesterday. It's results like yesterdays that can define a season, those very narrow margins between defeat and failure. Let's face it, a draw yesterday would not have been a good result. I keep hearing that Arsenal have the easiest run-in till the end of the season, on paper anyway. It seems like it's yours to lose, and there's alot of pressure that comes with being in such a position. I know some will say Bendtner's goal yesterday was a tap-in but it needed a cool head to put it away, and he did that. After his abysmal performance last weekend, he's certainly bounced back.

Good win yesterday. At 90 mins, I was frustrated at the lack of urgency, ******* pissed off at Hull's tactics, swearing to myself in undertones and thinking about how eerily accurate Overmars' predictions have been recently.

Despite widespread criticisms, I do not think Arshavin has been that ****** - neither his play nor his attitude. The goal, in particular, shows that he can be bothered to put in effort. Bendtner is beginning to become the fox-in-the-box we've been needing, and Walcott suddenly looks like a wonderkid again. Things just might go our way this season.
