For someone to come on the pitch and punch Almunia :colonhash:
At Wembley yesterday our young Antonio did a really good copy of Eboue's dance, it was cute:p:
1-1 in the first leg is my prediction.
Barça
Iniesta plays like a CM/AM whilst Xavi is a pure CM, so in any case Xavi wouldn't be in Andre's position

This is my prediciton

------------Valdes----------------
----------------------------------
Alves-----Pique--Milito-----Maxwell
--------------Toure---------------
--------Keita-------Xavi----------
-Messi (free role)------------Pedro
---------------Ibra---------------

No Puyol, Abidal or Marquez either? :woo:
is anyone predicting Henry to start at the emirates?

I'm going to be optimistic and say 3-1 to Arsenal in the first leg.

I wouldn't, it will probably be Pedro on the left imo.

Puyol probably will start tbh.

Abidal seems to be permanently injured much like RVP

Marquez hasn't been first choice for a very long time.
I've watched Barca a bit for the last few games and their defence isn't all that, if we have a go, and I'm sure we will, I think we could have success. The key in the first leg will be to keep a clean sheet, if we concede too many away goals, even if we score it will be difficult in the 2nd leg.

No real suprise but still pretty Poo, Barca receive triple boost

I would assume it has something to do with the last paragraph.

"However, Arsène Wenger's side will revert to a change kit of white shirts and grey shorts for the second leg in Barcelona next week."

If my memory serves me right (which it usually doesn't), our away kit this year is that blue stripey thing.:colonhash:

Edit: they'll be wearing their alternate/third kit.

Well I'd have thought that would be fairly obvious. Barça's kit is red & blue. Our first kit is red, our second is blue therefore we need to wear something else which happens to be the abomination of a spud kit we call our 3rd.

My mind is now at ease, bring on Barca

Anyone else going to hammering the F5 later trying to get Leeds/Reading tickets later?

Still better than yours tbh. As long as we get an away goal I'd be content, even if it's a loss by one goal.
