should i be working out today watch

    ok so i worked out yeaterday and monday and today im quite sore (especially my thighs/butt) so should i still workout today (i want to but i dont want to do myself damage) was planning on doing 30 mins on my exercise bike or should i give myself a rest?

    is working out 6 days a week too much?

    I would just do a light session, just spinning legs round on low resistance. It helps with the soreness and at least your doing something. Working out 6 days a week? Depends on what your doing and your fitness levels at the moment. I train 6 days a week (admittedly its weights/cardio on alternating days, but still)

    6 days a week sounds a lot tbh, your muscles need a bit of a break... unless the exercise you're doing isn't that strenuous
