that is basically ZMA. VERY OVERPRICED ZMA. at 18 you supposedly shouldn't need it, and won't notice much difference at all. maybe slightly raised test. levels, hence all that incurs, but not much.

Unless your an old man with a shriveled scrotum you won't need these. It's like bulgarian trib but more evpensive I think.

Theres no long-term effects of taking something like ZMA, it is literally a supplement with zing, magnesium and aluminium, supposedly does this and that, but probably doesn't..

I have a zinc suppliment I got once, that **** will give you hardcore dreams if you take it close to going to sleep. Apparently other minerals have the same effect. Trippy ****

vitamin B6? Unless you have a seriously restrictive diet, or are on certain medications (particularly Isoniazid as i recall) you will not be deficient.

Real testosterone supplements will mess you up in all the same way as run of the mill roids.
You'll get spotty (particularly back) hirsuitism (extra hairyness), aggressive mood swings, and will become dependent on it as it suppresses your bodys own supply.
thats to name but a few effects.

Say no to drugs kids.

Reactions to steroid use are completely individual and depend on many many things. Some people report none of the effects you just listed..

When you take metals you take them in salt form.
