I have a piece of coursework which requires me to use the Arrhenius equation to calculate the activation energy for the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide.

During my experiments I mixed catalase (from potatoes) and hydrogen peroxide in a conical flask attached to a gas syringe and repeated the experiments under different temperatures using a constant temperature water bath.

I know it sounds really stupid, but I don't understand what values to include in the calculation (eg where do temp, h2o2 conc and catalase conc go?) and how to do the calculation?

I would assume that this is an a level coursework, so you should know:
    1) rate eqn
    2) order of reaction
    3) your experiment should let you determine what orders the rate is proportional to with respect to the peroxide and the catalase
    4) Arrhenius eqn is simply a way of determining activation energy with varying temperature.

You might find this page useful, if you still don't understand after reading through it, then ask again. Do make sure you read well though and take note of the equations while reading.
