    You might be surprised how many there are here in Sheffield even though we have the lowest private school educated percentage of any Russell Group University. Durham and St Andrews are probably the worst.

    Oxford Brookes was crawling with them when I was there. Not sure whether that has changed much since though. Doubt it, as they're able to say they go to uni in Oxford to various elderly relatives who paid for their private educations without it being a lie.

    I went to stay with a friend at Royal Holloway a few weekends ago, and it really does seem to be full of well-off people. Plenty of 'rahs', but all the people I met for the first time were pretty much down-to-Earth and not rah-like.
