    where/how can I add my ECDL diploma taken in my EU home country?

    By ECDL do you mean European Computer Driving Licence? I started doing that as an eve class and I doubt you'd be able to add it to your qualifications on UCAS. You could maybe mention it on your personal statement?

    isnt it a GNVQ? they offered it to the year below us at school our year did DiDA (Certificate in Digital Applications) which was a double gcse

    No, it isn't. In the UK it's awarded by the British Computer Society; I assume elsewhere in the EU it's awarded by the local equivalent.
