Thought it might be a good idea (Spurred on by the A level one) to have a thread in here for you to discuss how revision is going and share advice and exam stress.

Particularly as for a lot of you now GCSEs will be your first big set of exams and seem pretty daunting

People who have already done their GCSEs can share their tips with you too :yep: As it's always nice to know that there are other people going through the same!

If so, what techniques do you use? How do you find the time to do revision on top of homeworks/mocks/coursework?! What subjects are you revising?

I've not started properly revising but i've started doing bits and bobs that'll help me later on like making notes on all the english poems and typing up geography case studies etc
I've got a german speaking exam in march and when that's done with i'll start revising my worse subjects (english lit/lang/german) and later on the ones i'm okay at

I started revision months ago, and now I have already finished :P:

But seriously it is way to early, I am going to start doing about 10 minutes a day from February half term and then slowly increase the amount but in the end I will just end up doing some maths

I'm starting on the 1st March. But only because I have ~12 exams in the summer, so if I start 1st March I have about 1 week per exam :eek3:

EDIT: just realised this is in the GCSE section, I'm talking about A2s.
For GCSEs I think I started revising mid-April because I was taking AS modules in Year 11 in Maths and ICT that took up my time in March.

I'm not at the moment, but in half term next week I'm going to start revising German and writing out my English annotations again because I can't read them at the moment. I'll start seriously revising at Easter.
