Why did this man have to defend himself in court? According to the CPS lawyer in this case he shouldn't have picked up the sword but searched for a similar weapon to a shovel or a knuckle duster before defending his family.

And of course the two subhumans didn't even get locked away for terrorising a family man with weapons and threaten to rape his wife and kill his family, Personally it's a pity he didn't slip and cut his head off so at least that means this thug couldn't go onto someones property again and terrorise them.

What does the legal system not get about these cases? This law on 'reasonable force' isn't up to the job as these cases are coming up time and time again. In this case the CPS looks rather red faced. We need to purge the CPS of the insane leftists that no doubt dominate it.Hopefully the Tories aren't just spinning when they are talking about overhauling the law.

The man should never have had to attend court. Should have been tea and biscuits at the Police station ,then an investigation by the police leading to both of the scumbags getting five years each in prison.

Anything which can be perceived as vigilantism cannot be freely permitted as it may encourage others to do so. Sure in some situations, you have to do what you have to do and if that is really the case you will be let off, as what has happened here.

Seriously though, don't read the Sun or the Mail if you want a good reflection of what has happened. Sure, do read it if you feel a need to get angry or for pure entertainment but take each article with a pinch of salt.
