    does my mother click on the support an application 2010/11 on my account page or does she need to register with the site the way we do when we first sign up?

    She creates her own account (so yes, she has to sign up herself). Then she can click Support an Application on her account, and, when prompted, put in YOUR Customer Reference Number to link her account with yours.

    And if you live with two guardians they both have to set up separate accounts to support the application? I hope that's the case because it's what we've done.
