    So what's the best 'supplements' to 'put' in your protein shake then for post workout(I always 'have' a banana and lucozade) and in the morning or before bed!

    I usually have pea-nut butter at like 9 o clock though with the meal I have after training....usually finish training at 8..'drink' my lucozade...have a banana and then wait 15=20mins and just have pure whey....then have food at 9sih with peanut butter.

    I bought some stuff that wasn't sunpat and went for one that said no added sugar and that word I can't spell persivitives(sp)......so basically just find something like that.
