Wheatgrass? I recommend you buying some wheatgerm oil instead. Its after all whats in teh juice, except they are the good bits. Cheaper as well.

I think the amount of time people spend stressing about how healthy their lifestyle is probably a more significant factor in shortening their lifespan then if they were just sensible with what they ate and how often they exercised.

Wheatgrass is by all accounts brilliant ... unlike most of the replies to your query, which seem to show an extraordinary ability to remain ignorant ... and here was me foolishly thinking that students were seeking to improve their knowledge.
If you haven't tried it yet then I highly recommend you do. Initially the taste is somewhat overpowering, very sweet. Sip it slowly and drink only a small shot, say 1 fluid ounce, your body gets used to it and though it seems unlikely it actually becomes almost addictive ... a bit like all those things that are unfortunately detrimental to your health - coffee, alcohol etc.!
There are many websites with information on wheatgrass, just do a search.
A great supplier in the UK is:
www.wheatgrass-uk.com
Several juice bars now sell freshly juiced at about £1.35 a shot.
If you get the hang of drinking it, the best is to grow your own, there is now a cheap juicer (£25) available which is easy to use and clean, you have to use specific juicer, not a normal domestic type.
Hope this helps, wheatgrass offers an amazing and incredibly cheap way to provide your body with just about every nutrient required, what is more it helps counteract the abuse imposed by pollution etc. - look into the benefits of wheatgrass and you'll wish you'd been on it since a child!
