I haven't eaten all day, one biscuit. I have my reasons.
So not that many, hehe
- 12-02-2010 19:59
Far too many.
- 12-02-2010 20:02
Eeep, I have no idea I went out for dinner to Damons with my parents for pre-valentine's day meal.
So far I've had
9am hot chocolate with skim milk 150kcals
2pm Prawn roll, baked potato and the smallest bit of an onion thing. Was so full I felt awful, must have been the carbs...???
I don't eat after 5pm so I haven't done bad today.
- 12-02-2010 20:04
1,600 odd. That's more than usual by this time, I've been pigging out on jaffa cakes, crisps and sandwiches. And now I'm due for a night of drinking followed by a takeaway. Ignoring the calorie counter for tonight!
- 12-02-2010 20:15
Just come back from the chippy...my food was dripping wet with oil and now I'm indulging in a 230g bar of Dairy Milk, which I'll finish by tonight with ease. So I must have consumed many calories by now.

you weigh the rice before its cooked and boil it, controls portions without overcooking and producing waste food
When you listed uncooked rice amongst the things you were going to eat I thought you might have discovered some bizarre new dieting theory, especially after you highlighted the fact you were going to cook the uncooked chicken but didn't do this for the uncooked rice.

Everyone is creepily healthy
By the end of today I will probaly be crawling into the arms of Mother Obesity having had about 2,000.
- 12-02-2010 20:25
Im having a fat day, so im thinking somewhere around 2,000cals after the "english end of term party" I had today, flapjacks, oreos and popcorn anyone?
- 12-02-2010 20:26
It doesn't have my foods there.
I had pounded yam twice.
Ground Rice twice
And going for my 3rd egusi soup
Seriously all i've had is..
1 1/2 Special Fried Rice.
Roughly 800kcal I suppose.
EDIT: How the hell can this thread be a Potential Trigger? It's just asking people, how much they have eated today.
- 12-02-2010 20:32
About 600, but going out clubbing later and will most likely binge when I come home.
- 12-02-2010 20:33
No idea how much this adds up to.
For breakfast I ate 2 sausages, bacon, fried and then I made fried bread with the sausage/bacon oil. <3
And now I've eaten a sushi pack from Tescos (365kcal) and half a tub of Haagen Daas.
- 12-02-2010 20:34
Faaaaar too many.
Breakfast: 2 slices granary toast, 2 sausages, 2 roast tomatoes, small coffee with sugar, 500ml orange juice.
Lunch: bowl of mixed salad and vegetables with coleslaw, then a Chicken Mayo from McD's
Dinner: Beef burger with salad, and a Cadbury's chocolate yoghurt thing...
- 12-02-2010 20:35
Should be 800 calories but I played badminton and lost 500 so 300.
- 12-02-2010 20:38
I've had a pathetic 114 calories so far today
Do not feel full or satisfied, but having dinner soon hopefully.
I generally get about 7 portions of fruit and veg a day.
I don't understand how students can find it more difficult to eat healthily on the cheap. Healthy food costs less than junk food.
- 12-02-2010 20:41
so far i've had 196 (1 apple, 1 banana) plus a bacon sandwich which is probably 600. But now i'm having wine so that'll screw me over.
- 12-02-2010 20:41
I dunno, haven't eaten much today, maybe only 2-3000 by the end of the day?
Have had a bit over 300g of veg with tea, and a couple of apples in the day.
- 12-02-2010 20:44
So whats your number for today? Roughly 1,000
Do you feel full, satisfied? Do you feel you've eaten right? starving.
How aware are you during the day of your 5 a day, or a balanced diet? Aware, but dont stick to it :P
As a student how easy do you consider it to eat healthily, and on a budget? yes, for mum buys it all
- 12-02-2010 20:50
~1830. Cereal for breakfast followed by lots of pizza, mmmmm. I'm full, pretty happy. I haven't eaten right by a longshot, but I tend to stick to carbohydrates purely from a blood sugar management point of view, so it suits me. I try to eat semi-healthily, but sometimes there just has to be a pizza day. And I live at home so I don't have to worry about budgets yet
- 12-02-2010 20:52
Too much! I went shopping today and got a bit carried away.
Breakfast: Fruit and nut muesli with skimmed milk
Lunch: Tomato soup with a bread roll, 1 small tortilla wrap filled with veggies
Dinner: 2 small tortilla wraps with chicken, peppers and mushrooms.
Some Green and Blacks ice cream.
I feel sick now..
