I had some Ben and Jerry's a few hours ago, so that'll surely add another days worth onto what I ate earlier today

if you've had lots of pizza im positive you've had more than 1800!
I dunno... I had one slice for lunch, then a whole one for tea... I went like, 300 for my cereal this morning, ~300 for the slice at lunch then 1200 for the one at tea... sounds right to me.

I have the healthiest diet on here, FACT.

Meal 1: Shreddies w/ full fat milk + banana and coffee
Meal 2: Granola Bar, apple, protein shake + full fat milk
Meal 3: Ham and cheese sandwich + kitkat + pint of apple juice
Meal 4: **** load of cashew nuts, tracker bar, about 500 calories of cheese and some cold meats
    Meal 5: Chinese takeaway stuff
Meal 6: Protein shake, some other "healthy bar" crap, more more nuts + milk
Meal 7: 2 x chocolate mousse cake thing.

Edit: feel free to calculate my caloric intake, I don't have a clue.

Shreddies and Frosted Shreddies are like the same price, the same market and probably right next to each other on the shelf

    But i'm on a diet..

by picking up the sugar from the tub I burn off a fraction of a calorie.

If i were to buy frosted shredders then not only would i gain fractionally more weight, but i would also be unable to make a cup of tea unless i scrape off the frosting.

    Conclusion,

don't give someone on a diet crap advice

But the sugar on the frosted shreddies is so fine if you dont drink the milk you dont get much > then you could be sugary milk in your tea?

Probably about 2000? I had a really big bag of sweets at the cinema just now, but only fruit for breakfast, salad for lunch, and meat pie with veg and potatoes for dinner.

...are people really that fickle? Ok, I can see it in the HYPOTHETICAL sense, but really? Who sees a thread on an Internet forum, where you will get all kinds of people that eat all kinds of things at all different times, and think "OMGZ I can has eat too much and must not eat EVAR!", or something of the like?

I'm sorry if that comes off as insensitive, but I never really thought people would be THAT easily swayed.

Two whole pizzas -1000 (reduced at Tescos because they both go off today)
    3 apples - 180
    1 large banana -100? 150?
Porridge - 200 (cos they're the Quaker Oat sachet ones)
A slice of bread with cheese - 200

    So: 1750~

Not bad for having eaten **** all day.

Most of my food has calories written on it anyway.
