A bit of spaghetti and chicken (400 cals?)... 2 cheese and onion rolls (probably 200 cals each) a Faboulous Baking Boys' cupcake (150 cals I think)... And water.

Hmm. I need to eat more and better, not feeling good atm and can't be bothered.

    cba to calculate

    Half a Galaxy bar
    A freddo
Half a bag of Cool Dorito's
    Battered Sausage and Chips
'party sized' bag of Jelly Tots
    And a chocolate Croissant
Bowl of Honey Nut Shredded Wheat
    2 Reduced fat digestive biscuits
I like food D: However, I eat sensibly throughout the week then allow myself to eat what I want on a friday and saturday.

I do think I have some kind of deficiancy though because I constantly crave junk food. Chocolate is the most prominent craving so I'm giving it up for lent D:
Your diet is epic. Good luck living past 40 with that though.

Edit* Didnt see the sensible bit,

Probably because most girls here are like, 'About 150, omg going to have another 300, there goes the diet!'

    -----

    I've had about 1300:

    Cereal + skimmed milk - 300
    Apple - 80
    Salad thing - 300
    Coffee/tea, with skimmed milk - 30
    Slice of toast - 101
    Baked beans - 144
    Pastry -350

Probably had 4/5 of my fruit and veg (it was a large salad).
    Ridiculous imo.

    Mine are...

    Cereal and Milk 200-300
    8 Sausages 352
    1 1/2 Special Fried Rice 408

    960 - 1060 total. Terrible imo

those calorie websites are misleading. what they think is a portion is not a real portion. their portions are like half a plate, but normal people have...well, a plate. thats why its come out so low for all of you. theres so many calories in everything, its actually supposed to be slightly difficult to keep to 2000 calories a day, just like drinking 8 glasses of water and 5 different fruits. Today I've eaten about 1900 calories, and I've been eating less than usual for the past month. Theres a realistic calorie count. Although I'm about the size of an average woman, and quite tall, so i may be bigger than some of you and need more food lool. x
