I weigh 115lbs and am about 5'4in tall and is this a good plan for me to lose abit of weight?
Also, doing an yoga excerise video every other day.

Calorie counting is for ****, what do your snacks consist of? The amount of calories they contain is largely irrlevant.

make some granola bars- you can put anything in them [raisins, choc chips], and they include pulses/seeds/ grains, which are good for you
quorn's also pretty healthy, and also scrumptious
additionally, tesco do little tubs of jelly- 83 cals each methinks, so they're good with lunch
and ratatouille's rly healthy and scrumptious [just made some]
also, goat's cheese is better than regular...
