Well those should do, a foreign language probably wouldn't be a bad idea. Is it Southampton who said that is going to require it in the future?

I'd recommend triple science. As a Computer Science student I can safely say that double award ICT is a total waste of time as more often than not what you'll learn is either utter rubbish or useless in nearly any job on the market. Science is always useful for anything you'd like to do at degree level.

History is looked upon favorably by almost all subjects. And a foreign language would be good.

Take what you think you'll enjoy (but not the BTEC).

So are my current choices looking good for Uni to study medicine? providing I get good grades at AS and A2 level?
Guess what?..... I've been offered to do AS level Religious Studies in Year 10. I'm going to go for it. BTW.... Would this put me at advantage when I apply to UNI?

So...... I might take history

You just don't give up...

As long as you still do 4 or 5 AS levels you'll be fine. It might put you at a slight advantage but not by much.

What's wrong with just doing GSCEs, AS levels and then A levels in the correct order and at the right times?

EDIT - You should really e-mail universities and ask what their advice would be. They will get back to you really quickly (they usually do anyway).

Do you think that my choices are good for medicine or just average? taking into consideration my expected grades.
Thanks for your help
