    pretty good sesh:

    High bar olympic squats:
    50kg x 5
    80kg x 5
    100kg x 5
    120kg x 5 PB
    130kg x 5 PB

woop these feel good... felt heavy on traps though, need to get used to it.... think my technique is fairly good, need to perfect the technique, knee's came in a tiny bit on last rep at 130 - and need to make sure my torso is upright... all in all deece though!

    Military press:
    40kg x 5
    49kg x 5
    51.5kg x 5 PB - these were hard.

    Deadlift:
    50kg x 5
    90kg x 5
    120kg x 5

    Romanian Deadlift:
    90kg x 8

    Pendlay rows:
    50kg x 5
    60kg x 5
    70kg x 5

    Squat videos to follow.....

For the record the squats were *technically* PB's even though I've done 180 recently, the best high bar squat I did was 115kg x 5 mid last year...

Epically bad session.... failed 200kg 3 times - technique went out of the window, didn't keep bar close to shins, didnt tense on the way down, didnt get the back in the right angle. just **** **** ****.....

yep, tbh I was overconfident... didn't respect the weight, then failed and the fear got me.... that and lack of technicality... but tbh I was just too weak.

    got 190 after 3 fails at 200
