lol Msci Physics at imperial is no joke.... gonna be tied down like a [email protected] for the next 3 weeks....

On the bright side I've got a summer placement at college for 10 weeks... with flexi hours... e.g. 5 days a week in the gym for 10 weeks min... so I'll hopefully catch up any lost ground!

holy **** i got pre doms DOMS..... already 2 hours after squatting.... walking up/down tube station steps felt worst than a ******* work set....

    In short:

    High bar ATG back squat:
60kg x 5 - ripped my shorts ffs..... had to change in squat rack into bball shorts
    100kg x 5
    120kg x 5
    120kg x 5
    130kg x 3

Triple felt pretty dam hard...... gonna do 3x5 at 122.5kg next session me thinks... and work up to sthn respectable.

    Bench:
    60kg x 5
    70kg x 5
    75kg x 5
    80kg x 5 - these were near failure.

    Pendlay rows:
    60kg x 5..... was nackered by now

Did some curls with 10kg.... gonna head back in tomorrow and do a proper back/bi session..... just ran out juice today.

    Replied.

I got these from here: http://www.supplement-warehouse.co.u...ing_Shoes.html

I'd probably just get the Iron Works from Sugar Rays. The ones I got are pretty garish, but you can see them in person to see what you think. Also, the sizes they list are US sizes, not UK. They don't say this, and I ordered according to UK. They were small and then tried to say they are actually UK. Basically, really **** customer service from them after that. But the shoes fit really well now and make squatting hella good.
