I want someone to try these out: http://www.strengthshop.co.uk/index....ing-shoes.html

£50 is a good deal, and these guys are generally pretty good.

I've got them, bit chunky. I'd advise you to go for a size down.

That's all i can say really having only tried these shoes.

Don't you have the pendlay do wins?

Done some research... apparently they are the 04 adistars made for athens.

Smed... is there any point of getting 2 pairs of shoes... some cheap dowins have come up on ebay... size 11 the white ones from pullum for pretty cheap... and they're pretty much next to me (leicester) thinking of getting them.

Why would you want two pairs of lifting shoes? Are you scared in case the Adidas ones clash with your handbag or something?

I don't know... they have many similarities... dunno if its an Olympic thing or not... I mean the design is similar just looks like the colours/materials are slightly different.

Man, I need to get some shoes. I nailed a 120kg front squat in running shoes the other day, I wonder if real shoes will push that up a bit.

Thats pretty sick man... I swear you've improved loads recently...

This is my new improved front squat..... WITHOUT warm up...

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GgcSvHO1hew

    completely cold.

Lower back nice and arched... most comfortable squat I've ever done.

Just need to figure out how to get depth without putting pressure on knee's bouncing (you can hear the clicks)... But tbh I think its inevitable in O-lifting..... which will commence soonish.
