Chinese guys training blog (Bill Starrs 5x5) watch

    Losing pretty fast. What's your diet like atm?

    Example of a fairly lax day-thursday:

    Bowl of cereal/porridge (standard serving)
    KFC 2 piece variety meal without chips
    Chicken breast (around 8oz) + spinach
    total gainer - 20g protein, 35g carbs
    10g BCAA + banana
    9oz haddock fillet + veggies

    Should come in around 2000 ish... tho yeah that was a **** day.

    Today... so far

    Cereal
    8 dumplings

    Normally shoot for 2 lean meat meals 8oz, 2 shakes with 25g protein in each, a normal-ish meal, then supps + breaky... so yeah its not much tbh will be adding more protein in accordingly.

    0 sessions... I never made 70kg before.

    1st session: 65kg x 3, 70kg x0
    2nd session: 67.5kg x 2
    3rd session: ydays training... my technique is still donkey bollux... need to get more stable and commit earlier... = lat work + delt work + elbow position at start is wrong... need to work on flexibility rack higher on shoulder.

    my white mate squatting 75kg.. his 2nd week in the gym, 62kg BW.... what tips have you guys got for flexibility.... I've never had the problem (being chinese ect) in squat -

    what is he wearing on his feet?

    If trainers, taking these off will greatly help him reach depth.

    It comes with practice man.... I actually prefer front squats to back now... I unracked 140kg back and it felt heavier than unracking 140 front today.... gonna do some back squats nx week.... like 2:1 ratio to front volume wise.. dunno hw to work in russian squat cycle tho.... which squat to use

    My front is decent whilst I forgot hw to back... I'm sure I'd pick it up quick though.

    And thats it... I attempted 140... but my legs are f0cked and I failed it.
