Too ashamed to admit being an Atheist. watch

I was born a Muslim. I am now an atheist. I find myself lying to hardcore Muslims I meet because I can't be ****** being judged by them.

I am not at atheist because I want to go shag the living day lights out of everyone, or because I hate oppression and am a raging feminist and therefore won't believe in Islam as it conflicts with my personal opinions.

I am an atheist because that is just what conclusion I drew from my short life thus far.

Right now I feel confused and **** because I am a coward. Are there any other atheists out there with no balls?

Nothing to be ashamed of really.

If other people see being an atheist as a bad thing, then that is their problem.

Cue the irate athiests who claim this as a victory over 'the evil cult of Islam'.

Either way, I wish OP best of luck.

Everyone lies about things all the time to make things easier. For example, when my parents ask "How drunk did you get last night?" I reply with "Oh I didn't drink that much really, didn't feel like getting too drunk", when in actuality If i'd had a couple more shots of vodka I would have been sick and/or passed out. What you are doing is perfectly reasonable, you are lieing to make it easier for yourself.

Just tell them you're not deluded like they are, you're finally FREE as you have no religious restrictions imposed upon you, and you now have the ability to make your own mind up about things instead of turning your head towards to sky every time.

The day you realise that Christianity, Judaism and Islam are different sides of the same coin.

I.E Different interpretations of the same historical events.

This is the day when religion becomes a joke.
