Becoming a private tutor? watch

    • Thread Starter

I'm currently an A2 student taking Maths, Further Maths, Accounting and Economics and I'm going to start a Maths degree this October.

Can anyone give me any information about becoming a private tutor? I'd probably be looking to tutor either Maths or Further Maths at GCSE or AS/A2 level (not sure what level I'd prefer but probably AS/A2).

There are a number of sites which want you to pay to be connected with students - or want you to give a proportion of your first few sessions to them in order to be linked with students

To start with perhaps try gumtree and put up some posters in your school/college and see how it goes

You might aswell put down Accounting/Economics GCSE/A Level aswell - as lots of people in my classes for those subjects could have done with help

put an advert in gumtree and away you go its great fun and well paid
