If you are meaning "will I be caught out by the Equivalent Level Qualification rules?" then the answer is no you won't be caught out by them. The universities aren't getting a government subsidy for these courses, they can set their own fees, so the fee they advertise will be the fee you pay.

You are doing a postgraduate course, even if you only get a "Graduate Diploma" at the end of it. You might be doing Level 2 undergraduate modules on it though.

The EQL thing didn't even enter my mind (it should have).

Ok, so the answer is pretty much Yes.

I simply wanted to know if there's a standard or general cost to conversion courses. Many of them last only 1 year.
