Today I ate breakfast then I didn't anything (until 6pm) because I didn't feel hungary, don't get me wrong, but I am in NO WAY fat. (Normally I get hungary after 2 hours.
Anyway, by around 5pm after I drank 2 cups of juice I started throwing up juice (only a bit, not even a cup full). Was this because I hadn't eaten anything for 8 hours, or because I drank too much with an empty stomach.
