I haven't eaten anything all day......

......and i don't feel hungry!! how long do u think i can carry on like this?? i am going to eat dinner tho, but as i have decided i want to lose weight, i think i could have a small brekkie (like a cereal bar) and then skip lunch and then have quite a large dinner......sound ok??

No.

Because you're going to sleep after eating a large meal and therefore it doesn't get burnt off as well and gets stored as fat. And other things.

its better to eat constantly throughout the day (5-6 meals) just less than you would.

but dont 'diet' - eat properly and do exercise.

It's probably the worst way to do it. Eat less, little and often, and if you want to have one large meal have it at lunch, so you've got the rst of the day to burn it off. Exercise more, and make lifestyle changes; don't look for quick fixes.

eat bigger meals early in the day.
your metobolism is at it's highest in the morning when you have just got up so eating a good breakfast is essential. Complex carbs (brown bread/grains) are great for the morning.
you need a minimum amount of food per day to be able to keep your body working healthily. Cutting things out just doesn't work.

Today I ate breakfast then I didn't anything (until 6pm) because I didn't feel hungary, don't get me wrong, but I am in NO WAY fat. (Normally I get hungary after 2 hours.
Anyway, by around 5pm after I drank 2 cups of juice I started throwing up juice (only a bit, not even a cup full). Was this because I hadn't eaten anything for 8 hours, or because I drank too much with an empty stomach.

hmm... i skipped lunch today & I'm sure that I won't be exactly well tomorrow. In other words, don't skip meals.

skipping meals only leads to eating disorders.. you skip one see the weight aint coming off and then skip another until you dont eat anything. I dont tend to have breakie when i aint going to uni, since im in bed til late and its almost lunch time.
