How many UMS points do i need to get an A* in GCSE French, i have all A's in my courseworks, is it still possible to get an A* overall.

On coursework with the WJEC it was 105/120. I'm not sure what the overall UMS must be though sorry.

I don't think they release the UMS boundaries until the papers have been sat and marked... For example, an A* could be something like 80/100 but if the paper was found to be particularly difficult for all candidates, the boundary would probably be lower.
As for getting an A* overall, to be honest, I think even with all As in your coursework, unless you did very well in your exams, you would still probably get an A. Depends on your strengths.
