Over the last 12 months or so I have noticed a lot of young men my age sporting this accessory. I tend to only see them during nights out though, and not so much in the daytime. I think I quite like them and wouldn't mind buying a necklace to try. what do you guys think? yeah i can see its quite a metrosexual.. almost gay thing to wear but still. and whereabouts could i buy them from and how much should i spend????

    many thanks

here's a picture for those of you who are unsure what the hell im talking about!

They're not "gay". Inanimate objects can't be gay. You will look like a douchebag if you wear them though.

Are you going to need them immediately to pray in the middle of a nightclub?

    No.

Don't wear them, they're disgusting unless you wear them for a religious meaning - and I'm atheist so I'm not some crazy Catholic telling you off.

I personally don't think it's particularly appropriate to wear religious objects as fashion accessories.

Also, you're really late to the trend, they were all the rage in 2006.

I wouldn't wear a religious symbol as a fashion accessory. Bit disrespectful in my opinion. But sure, do what you like :p:

This. Religious objects as fashion accessories = ridiculously tacky, seriously bad taste. Please, just don't. Find a different necklace instead.

I think it's a silly trend to be perfectly honest but haven't you kind of answered your own question by posting a link to topman...where they are available for sale? Whatever floats your boat...

Why not just go the whole hog and wear a wimple since you've obviously decided you like to dress like a nun.
