This all began when this guy posted this video on Youtube accusing Israel of exploiting the earthquake in Haiti and the suspect preparedness of the Israeli medical team.

Lib Dem Baroness Jenny Tonge said that Israel should carry out an investigation into those allegations and in response she was swiftly fired.

There is no evidence that the IDF harvest organs in Haiti, why would there be an investigation launched? It's good that "Jenny Tonge apologises unreservedly for the offence she has caused". And that the Palestine Telegraph has since taken down the baseless article in the first place.

Well evidently she has to apologize, that has become customary anytime anything is said against Israel, but we all know it's not sincere. An investigation into the practices of those hospitals should be arranged given Israel's past actions.

This is just anti-semetic nonsense. What next...have they been drinking the blood of Haitan children for passover?

Funny thing is anytime anyone accuses Israel of anything
it's being anti-semitic Lolz .. When we all know that they are harvesting organs in Haiti as they did in Gaza

This video presents literally know evidence for the claim and the Palestine Telegraph has admitted that the claim was completely baseless. As the CNN clip shows, Israel is helping out far more than any other country in proportion to its economic size. The determination of some to find fault with Israel even in its aid effort in Haiti is if anything an insult to all those suffering. Why not concentrate on the the disaster that's actual happening rather than a ridiculous conspiracy?

Why else would someone invent such a serious allegation. If there was a shred of evidence it wouldn't necessarily be anti-semitic...but neither you nor anyone else has shown us any.

Yeah, every time something is said against Israel, its customary to apologise. Good call.

I don't mean an article talking about this whole thing, I mean the original article posted on Palestine Chronicle trying to establish that organs had been taken from Hatians (my bad for saying Telegraph). This is a reprint of that article: http://baltimorechronicle.com/2010/012610Lendman.shtml

It has nothing to do with race, secondly given Israel's past track record, such allegations are very warranted. People who throw that term around are (thankfully) making it more useles day by day.

Well the fact that anyone believe the allegation just because "it's a golden opportunity" (when there isn't ANY positive evidence) says more about their prejudice than it does about Israel.

Because it is just so so stupid...Israel are not harvesting ******* organs in Haiti, anybody who takes a non-biased viewpoint can see that as clearly as the light of day. No other country gets attacked in such stupid ways, Israel are blatently not nicking organs from Haitans, they are actually providing a pretty decent response to the earthquake.

Israel's "track record"?! With regards to involvement in Haiti, surely the most relevant "track record" would be that, throughout its history, Israel has given a higher proportion of its GNP to aid and international development than almost anywhere else.

look, organs can survive outside the body for only a matter of hours before they are useless. it would take at least 12 hours just to fly to israel from haiti.
