    Malouda - Drogba - Anelka
    Zhirkov - Ballack - Lampard
    A. Cole - Terry - Alex - Ivanovic

    Come on Ancelotti!

Edit: Hmm... I was just trying to work out a dream-formation with Torres in our starting line-up, but, I've just realised...

do we actually have a right-winger? Besides Joe Cole, I mean.

Looks like we're going to have to give him a new contract or get a new one... can't play a 4-4-2 otherwise.

Or we could just put Kakuta there, like Bayern do with Robben. :coma: Left-footed right wingers... yes please.

Same line up as last weekend is the obvious option.

Balotelli wouldnt be a bad buy tbh. I think Inter use him on the right too?

    No thanks to Balotelli.

Yeah same line-up as against Liverpool but hopefully a result like against Stoke.

    100 goals please. :teeth:

Is this on Chelsea TV or something?

My vote would have gone to the Drogba goal against Bolton, more of a team thing than an individual effort.

That was my favourite as well. Lampard's against Stoke would come second though in the 7-0 win.

Yeah it is, I'm just getting updates on the internet though.

Balotelli is not a technically gifted player, just pace. No thanks.

Isn't he a 'set-piece specialist' too? I remember seeing him take corners and freekicks... surely that means he is technically gifted? Has a decent physical build too...

Drogba's ego would crush Balotelli's, haha.

He lacks a footballing brain and is incredibly selfish. Probably not going to work well playing on the wing (generally left when I have seen him over the last couple of years) in the Premier League and in the same team as Drogba.

At 19, I think there's more than enough time for him to work on his 'footballing brain', and I reckon he's being particularly selfish because he dislikes the team so much... give him an environment he'll thrive in, and he'd be good. Anelka came along and settled down...

    He'd be a risk.

If he was going for around £15m then I think the risk would easily be worth it, as I agree with you his attitude and 'brain' can be worked on. His historonics would have to be toned down slightly in England though, treat it as a fresh start and try not to get everyone hating him.
He has never really settled into Italy, which is probably in no small part due to him being black. There were chants of 'there are no black italians' etc as well as things like 'we don't hate you coz your black, we hate you coz your you.' So even though parts of it were racist, other parts were just because he is so easy to dislike. Being quite an open AC supporter when playing for Inter is idiotic though :facepalm2:

The fact that he plays on both wings and up-front is a bonus and even if he didn't fit into the team I imagine there would be another team happy to take a risk on him. The same as a girl with the 'bad boy who they can change even though no-one else has :facepalm2: '
