Sturridge has shown his pace, but that's about it. Can't believe he didn't set Torres up when it was 3 on 1! Also missed a good chance himself. Hasn't played too well, get Nico on.
Agree. Nico would most likely snatch a goal in this game

Well, very entertaining game. Thought Cech was a bit shabby today, shouldn't have been beaten at his near post for Walcott's goal and should have got a stronger hand to Van Persie's last goal.

Can't believe Terry flopped at the end. He was under pressure with the quick pass back from Malouda, but as a defender isn't that meant to be one of the strong points of your game? Jeez.

Feel for Juan, absolutely worked his socks off today. His goal deserved a point for us.

The awkward moment when you realise your defence is worse than arsenals

Terry hasn't got any pace that's why he slipped, he was lunging because he knew he would have no chance against Van Persie if the ball was loose

We could've been more ruthless in the beginning of the game.

We weren't and we've paid heavily for it.

They were both at fault but Terry more so than Malouda.

As tempting as it is to gloat, I will instead ask a simple question: why the hell doesnt AVB play David Luiz? In my opinion he is your best player. If you don't want him at the back, put him in midfield. Also, Meireles is easily better than Mikel, he caused us big problems with his passing when he came on.

Pretty typical Chelsea atm. So many stupid mistakes in every game, makes it easy for the top 4 and gives ****ty worthless petulant clubs like QPR a chance they don't deserve.

Still feel we are one or two big signing away from having a PL winning team. The competitiveness of the league now is quite extreme.

because luiz is crazy. also he played in the 2 previous games, including carling cup which went into extra time. he has cost us 3 penalties so far, not to mention all the little slip ups hes had leading to goals.

Luiz is very liable defensively. Midfield is already packed with quality, so we can't shift him there. The only thing we could try is rotate him with Mikel. Meireles is better up the midfield than holding it.

I'm just wondering why on earth Lukaku was put on the bench instead of Anelka?
