try putting some cream on the rash or something. that kind you use for chicken pox, i forget its name

calamine lotion? probably not the best. hydrocortisone cream maybe?

Aren't you supposed to use talcum powder? I don't know. I think I heard that somewhere.
TCP, the coarse one in the blue tube works the best!

You may have a mild form of hyperhidrosis or hyperhydrosis

vaseline works

Sorry but are you sure it's sweat?
Rub on some savlon and when the rash has calmed down, spray some deodorant on the affected parts before you go out for a walk or the like. My friends and I had the same problem when we all went to Italy - so we just covered our legs in deodorant and it worked a treat!
I once tried suncream and it worked a treat.
Talcom is good, so is vaseline. For me, TCP worked overnight, sometimes even less... though it does leave a strange smell people aren't so keen on :P
