does anyone know when the 2005 admission statistics are published?

The 2004 entry stats didn't become available until Dec 2004.
I went to the local comprehensive school, a bit of a dump really as its full of chavs... Out of a sixth form of 200, three people (including myself) applied to Oxbridge, and I'm the only one who got in (very narrowly, it must be said.) I think I'm the only person to get in for several years... the best people tended to go to good unis such as York and Warwick, but no-one really tried for Oxbridge.

I was at a girls' comprehensive. In my year I think 8 of 100 applied to Oxbridge. 1 was rejected outright, 1 was pooled then rejected, 1 was pooled then accepted at Cambridge, 2 were accepted by their chosen Cambridge college, 2 were accepted by their chosen Oxford college, and 1 was pooled at Oxford but rejected her subsequent offer. So 5 of us are now at Oxbridge.

Ummm this year 9 applied, 3 of us got in, and all 3 made our places
Apparently the school had hoped for slightly more of us to get in... (!!!!) 3 years before me i know they had 5 who were accepted
Around 20 applied and about 10/12 got offers. I think a couple of people missed their offers but one got taken anyway.
we had 14 oxbridgers accepted. out of about 800 people in my year, 40 applications and maybe 20 offers...

I go to a FE college (My old state comprehensive didn't have a sixth form) and last year 40 people applied to Oxbridge and 16 got offers.
In my year of 600+ there were 8 I think.

In a year of 150 people 21 people applied... offers as follows: 5/11 Oxford, 8/12 Cam. One person failed the grades and the other rejected his offer (both for Cam Uni).

So 11 out of 21 taking up places this October.

3/400ish people from my state comprehensive...all three of us to oxford. 15-20 people applied, but most were rejected.

I've only heard of 3 in "recent" years, myself included. I think I'm probably the only one in at least 5 years or so, and I'm pretty sure no-one even applied this year.

I go to a state grammar, I think 8 applied to Cambridge, 4 got offers from chosen colelges, 1 got pooled and accepted at another colelge. 4 applied to Oxford, and 2 got offers at first choice college.

I can't read.
Hmmm, we have 120ish pupils in our year, 3 applied, and one from the year above applied post a-level. I got in, one girl was pooled and then rejected, and the other two (a girl in my year and the boy from the year above) were rejected outright.
