Each to their own I say, but I don't think lilac is too bad. What does look awful is when they go for those really dodgy purples.

Fair enough..... and then, the really huge knots also make me cringe. They look like uneducated football players coming out of the airport..

I agree. It also means that the ties end half way down their chest which makes them look like schoolboys. Go for the traditional Windsor knot I say.

Nice and formal, but I prefer the Four in hand with a nice dimple. Looks better on suits with two buttons. The windsor looks better on the 3 button suits which I don't wear.

2 buttons is for grey haired/bald people :p: I prefer 3 button myself.

I prefer three button with the buttons open. Having said that, I wear 2 button with the buttons open too.

you can get jeff banks suit from burton. Burton offers 10% discount. So as the original price is 200 quid, u ll get it for 180 quid. The suit is 100% wool and is designer one.
