I don't mean to be an ass or anything, but I think you should try spending a little bit more and get a bespoke suit. You'll look a lot better and feel a lot better in it too... and despite what people say, the difference IS noticeable. Also, if you don't wear it too often, it'll get you through university I think.
mate, if i had the money id be straight down savile row (probably to visit mr. boateng) but alas, i dont.

and even if i did have, it would be mroe wisely spent.

however, when i start work proper i will be visiting tailors for my suits.

Hi guys,

I would argue the only way is the tailored option: there are many fine tailors in London who do suits for very reasonable prices. You would be looking at around 500 UK pounds.

Alternatively, and for the poorer kind, I would reccommend Raja Fashions. The owner is a travelling tailor who comes from Hong Kong. Prices are cheaper, though expect slightly less quality.

Glad to be of help,
JONATHAN

OMFG totally go to Christian Dior for a sexy fab dab 'in' suit. If I was buying a suit I'd certainly go there.

500 pounds is quite an investment!
C&A do quite good suits, my dad buys all his there and they look very smart I think.

Do you have a Peek & Cloppenburg in London? You might be able to get a good one there in the sales if you're lucky.

they still have stores in Europe... maybe they just closed them in the UK or just near where you live???
dunno, but C&A are still very much alive in Germany and Italy at least, that I can say for sure.

M&S suits are good. It depends what shape you are. M&S are better if you're on the skinnier side. You might want to check out next if you're a beefcake

Debenham's also have a lot of suits at reasonable prices. Don't bother going to a tailor, no one will notice. Make up for your slightly poorer suit with a good pair of shoes and a nice shirt and tie.

M & S are very good, if you are on a tight budget and want pure wool.

I agree.

If you can match ties/shirts with your suit then you're sorted.
