Pretty soon I turn 16, and am keen on getting a part-time job as soon as possible, so I'm going to send off my CV to the local shops and stuff. Problem is, I actually need to create my CV before I can do this. I was wondering if people knew of any websites that contain CV templates, and/or tell you what you should write, what order to write it in etc. etc.

Thanks in advance!

just google it and tonnes of stuff will come up. there's a section on the jobcentreplus website (i think) about your CV. Most national shops will send you an application form for just sending them a letter, in my experience.

Where do you go to find these templates in Word?
When you load Microsoft Word, on the right hand side under the 'new from template' section, click on the 'general templates' link. After you click on the 'general templates' link, a window will appear with tabs. Click on the 'other documents tab, then click on 'contemporary resume', 'elegant resume', 'professional resume', or 'resume wizard'.
