Ok, I need to ask you a favour... I have this v. annoying TOK essay to write. The question is:
"Should a knower’s personal point of view be considered an asset in the pursuit of knowledge or an obstacle to be overcome?"
I've mentioned a few things like the distinction between propositional and personal knowledge (and the relationship between those and point of view), and whether methods used to test knowledge can be biased by point of view (hypothetico-deductive model vs. hermeutic circle etc.), but am basically stuck! The problem is that I have no thread to my argument (also, no argument.... /)
Any ideas, anyone? Would be v. grateful if anyone has any suggestions... )
Muchos gracias, Xxx
