where would you recommend....for a nice picnic...bautiful scenery.... nice rural villages nearby

Warwick and Blenheim are a bit touristy - probably one of the other 2 are best if you want to be secluded. I'd go for the Cotswolds personally - particularly if its a nice day - better scenery/ views and I always find it dark in forests
